(a) Returns
We offer a 30-business-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 business days after receiving your item.
If any item you purchased fails to meet your expectations due to defects, damage, or inconsistency with the description, you can return it for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email and attach photos of the received item. This will help us assess the issue, improve our service quality, and process your return request promptly.
Please ensure the following return conditions are met:
- The item to be returned is unused, undamaged, unwashed, and remains in its original packaging with the original label.
- You shall bear the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to product quality issues, the return shipping costs will be refunded to you.
Please note that items not meeting the above criteria will not be accepted for return.
Customers shall bear the return shipping costs in the following cases:
- The customer fails to check the size chart carefully, resulting in mismatched clothing sizes.
- Returns due to personal preferences (unless the product has defects or is inconsistent with the description).
(b) Damaged Products
Any item that is damaged upon delivery can be returned to luxessent.com for a full refund. Please note that if only the outer packaging is damaged but the contents are intact, the product will not be considered damaged. (e) Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before the item is shipped:
(1) If the order has not been shipped, a full refund can be obtained within 24 hours of purchase.
(2) If more than 24 hours have passed since the purchase, only a partial refund can be obtained for the order.
